Our services

renovation projects with my father and his work crews.  My Granddaddy lived in the same town as we did and worked in land acquisition and development. I spent many days with him researching in the area title company records as well as observing and asking questions on the construction site of homes in subdivisions in which he was developing. My Papa was the community build-it and fix-it man before and after he had retired. The volume of work just picked up after he retired. When I visited with him in the summers, or at other vacation times, I would actively work with him and observe the work he did, whether it was plumbing in a crawlspace, electrical in an attic, or building a cabin for a neighbor with no power tools other than a chainsaw.

All of the above brings me to this point, I was raised to do things right the first time.  It always cost more to do things a second time. It may be a little old fashioned but that is how I was raised.  And do you know what?  I'm proud of that fact.

I am a licensed insurance property adjuster in 10 states including Kentucky.  I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly from many different angles, and I want to help my customers to only see the good.

And, I have to say, I have been addicted to the intricacies of construction since a very young age. When I was old enough, I actively participated in
